Associate Veterinarian
Entered into a mixed practice straight after graduation to gain experience in a wide range of animals and cases to help hone which specialisation I might like to pursue but in the end it was the variation I enjoy most! I have especially enjoyed developing client relationships with owners and animals alike both in clinic and on farm. Initially entered into a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Melbourne following an interest in literature and ancient history before deciding to change tact and pursue my childhood dream of becoming a vet. From a young age I was fascinated by all things animal and the prospect of turning that interest into a career was something I couldn't ignore. I have participated in outreach neuter programs for dogs in remote Western Australia and in India, as well as a conservation field trip to South Africa. I also enjoy travel, camping trips with my rescue dog Burger, good food and wine.
