Transfer of Ownership
If you have taken ownership of a pet that is a current Best Mates Plus member and would like to transfer the membership into your name please download our Transfer of Ownership form, fill out and take to your local Fur Life Vet clinic for processing.
Cancellation of Membership – Deceased Pet
If your Best Mates Plus member pet has passed away we extend our sympathy. In such circumstances, members may be entitled to a reimbursement of the difference between the regular retail value of the goods and services obtained through the Best Mates Plus Membership in that membership year and the total of the annual membership payment made by the member. Please download the form, fill in and take to your local Fur Life Vet for processing.
